U. S. Population Reaches 300 Million; Wow, That’s A Lot Of Lovemaking! - by Tom Attea

The US population has now reached 300 million. True, it has taken since the ancestors of the American Indians migrated across the Aleutian Islands and dropped in via Alaska and since the Mayflower contributed the first European contingent.

But what can we say? Even given early Puritanical restraint and continuing inexplicable guilt about making out the way we were created to, we made it.

Of course, there are the inevitable concerns about overpopulation. But look at it this way: the entire Grand Canyon is still empty.

So congratulations to this great and reproductive population, from way back when until an especially enjoyable night about nine months ago.

We can only hope that a lot of the lovemaking has been really great.
